The company stands out in its sector as the first to offer its offshore people management solutions for the SAP environment

INTCOM has just joined a select group of technology companies that are revolutionizing the segments in which they operate and creating disruptive technologies on a global scale.

The Brazilian company, which had already been selected and approved recently in a global innovation program by the giant SAP, has just become an SAP PartnerEdge® Build partner.
This means that the company now has the ability to build, market and sell software applications on top of the SAP Cloud Platform, SAP's market-leading cloud services platform.

The SAP PartnerEdge program provides the training tools, benefits and support to facilitate the creation of disruptive, high-quality applications focused on specific business needs - quickly and cost-effectively.

The program provides access to all relevant SAP technologies in a simple structure under a single global contract, which means that the company is qualified and will develop, disseminate and market versions of its products and new Apps already integrated into the SAP application suite and also listed in the German company's App Center.

The SAP App Center offers SAP customers an extensive market place with more than 1,900 innovative partner solutions that complement and extend their SAP solutions, enabling the digital transformation of their businesses. SAP App Center customers can purchase solutions directly from partners and centrally manage purchasing, billing and supplier communications.

"We are very excited about becoming Build partners and having our first application listed in the App Center. In the Oil & Gas and Shipping segment, SAP has a market share of over 70% and we realize that the market invests a lot in customizations or parallel solutions because they can't find specific solutions. With this partnership they will be able to consider our solutions as if they were native and already integrated into their legacy systems, thus accelerating their digital transformation process and drastically reducing the capex/budget provisioned for these purposes."

says ALVARO ANTUNES - CEO of INTCOM

With the first application published, Oil & Gas and Offshore companies that are SAP customers will be able to count on benefits such as:

- Efficient employee onboarding planning integrated with SAP HR modules
- Real-time compliance and monitoring of certificates and training
- Correct allocation of personnel costs (Opex) in SAP HR modules
- Process optimization by reducing parallel systems and controls
- Direct communication with employees about activities, training, evaluations and logistics
- Among other things

Intelligent planning vision in BlueOpex

In addition, the company was also invited to participate in SAP's Race2Revenue program, which selected only the most outstanding companies in their segments for an acceleration of SAP's global knowledge, marketing and sales strategy.
