The Case

Wilson Sons, with over 185 years of experience and a leading position in the Brazilian port and maritime logistics market, faced complex operational challenges that required an innovative solution to guarantee safety on board, efficiency in training and the integration of HR, ERP and Finance systems. In this context, the strategic partnership with Intcom Solutions brought BlueOpex as a solution
Challenges faced: Efficiency and Integration
Wilson Sons, with its national coverage and operations in various logistics segments, needed to deal with ensuring that on-board security positions (CTS) were filled, training planning synchronized with work schedules, as well as efficiency in calculating variable payments. However, systems that were not properly integrated and the validation of a large volume of requirements for employee certificates and documents became significant obstacles to overcome.

The implementation of BlueOpex

Wilson, Sons adopted BlueOpex, a solution developed by Intcom, where it was able to mitigate risks by automatically monitoring the validity of certifications and training, optimizing management and reducing operational tasks. The centralization of information allowed for greater agility in data sharing, guaranteeing efficient control of extra payments in a scenario of a large workforce working in scales.

The partnership between Intcom and Wilson,Sons is already showing significant results:
- 30% reduction in logistics and people management costs.

- 100% reduction in operational downtime due to lack of certification or crew.
- 100% compliance with audits for clients and public institutions.
