SAP ANNOUNCES INTCOM AS INDUSTRY CLOUD IN AMSTERDAM
At global energy event, SAP announces BlueOpex as the Team Management and Planning solution for complex operations in the Oil, Gas & Energy sector
From May 17 to 19, the International SAP Conference for Energy, an event promoted by SAP and T|A|C Events, was held in Amsterdam.
The event was attended by major industry leaders who are SAP customers such as Aker, BP, BASF, Bharat Petroleum, Chevron, Crescent Petroleum, Galp Energia, Motor Oil Hellas, Petrobras, Saudi Aramco, Sempra Infrastructure, Shell, and over the course of the three days they shared how SAP solutions are helping to drive digital transformation and innovation for a sustainable future.
During the talk given by Stephane Lauzon - Senior Director Oil, Gas & Energy at SAP - some of the Oil, Gas and Energy sector's challenges related to people logistics were addressed. SAP presented BlueOpex, an SAP Industry Cloud solution for compliance and productivity management.
