SAP ANNOUNCES INTCOM AS INDUSTRY CLOUD IN AMSTERDAM
At world energy event, BlueOpex is announced by SAP as the Team Planning and Management solution for complex Oil, Gas & Energy operations
Between the 17th and 19th of May, the 'International SAP Conference for Energy', an event promoted by SAP and T|A|C Events, took place in Amsterdam.
The event was attended by major industry leaders who are SAP customers such as Aker, BP, BASF, Bharat Petroleum, Chevron, Crescent Petroleum, Galp Energia, Motor Oil Hellas, Petrobras, Saudi Aramco, Sempra Infrastructure, Shell and over the course of the three days it was shared how SAP solutions are helping to drive digital transformation and innovation for a sustainable future.
During the lecture presented by Stephane Lauzon - Senior Director Oil, Gas & Energy at SAP - some challenges of the Oil, Gas and Energy sector related to people logistics were addressed. In this sense, SAP presented BlueOpex, a SAP Industry Cloud solution for compliance and productivity management.
BlueOpex is a software developed by Intcom that helps optimise logistics management and team planning in complex processes.
