INTCOM held this week, at the Granada Hotel in downtown Rio, the 1st IntConference, an internal Strategic Alignment Workshop of the company.
The event was attended by the entire Operations and Customer Success team of INTCOM's Rio de Janeiro branch, where the company's strategic planning, indicators and KPIs and international expansion plans were presented by the board.
"The event was very important because it served to align the company's plans with all employees and give everyone the chance to collaborate in some way. In addition, we had a moment of presentations of the company's new products, made by the leaders of each product, which was important for the whole team to know our solutions".
