With an innovative digital solution for HR management and planning of offshore and onshore operations, the BlueOpex software, Intcom found a two-way street at the OTC 2019 - Offshore Technology Conference, held in early May in Houston TX.
Intcom's 4.0 tool, used in 40% of the maritime fleet - with around 7,000 managed lives - attracted the attention of both companies from other countries and Brazilians who were at the world's largest offshore event.
"I didn't see a solution similar to ours at the OTC. On the other hand, we detected a strong demand for the tools we offer, both from companies in the United States and other countries, as well as from major Brazilian players. The fair was a two-way street".
