This week, at the Hotel Granada in downtown Rio, INTCOM held the 1st IntConference, the company's internal Strategic Alignment Workshop.
The event was attended by the entire Operations and Customer Success team from INTCOM's subsidiary in Rio de Janeiro, where the company's strategic planning, indicators and KPIs and international expansion plans were presented by the board of directors.
"The event was very important as it served to align the company's plans with all employees and give everyone the chance to collaborate in some way. In addition, we had a time for presentations of the company's new products by the leaders of each product, which was important for the whole team to get to know our solutions."
